Lex Johansson
PRESIDENT

Lex has grown up in construction, his father is a residential contractor and his grandfather was in the retail building material space as the President of Scotty’s Builders Supply. A double Gator, Lex graduated from the University of Florida’s M.E. Rinker, Sr. School of Construction Management in 2011 and began his construction management career soon after. In the past 14 years, Lex has worked on numerous construction projects throughout Florida totaling 150 million+ in contract value. Projects have included medical facilities, water front condominiums, high-end homes, breweries and retail.

When Lex isn’t working, he enjoys spending time with his two sons, Auggie and Cash, and his wife Andrea; or swinging a hammer on their family home that has been a passion project for the past several years.
